• A determination of whether a clause is legally enforceable. Terms worth asking an attorney about are flagged; we don't interpret them for you.
• A call, a coaching session, or document preparation, signing or counter-offer drafting of any kind.
• Any charge beyond the single price shown on this page — no percentage of your offer, no hourly add-on, no invoice that shows up later.
